Customer Orders - Getting Started with Orders, Invoicing and Shipping

You are probably excited about your business (as you should be) and wondering how to now take orders from your customers.

Customer Orders

If you do not have a SeneSite (information about SeneSites is available in your back office), the best way to receive orders is through Facebook Messenger or having your customers email you their order.

Another option is to have albums of available products in your Facebook group. Customers can then comment with SOLD under the items they are interested in.

Starter Kit
I highly suggest that you encourage your first time customers to purchase a starter kit. If this is their first time using LipSense, they will have optimum results if they use the entire system. At minimum, they should purchase a Glossy Gloss with their lip color. Because of the patented molecular bonding technology, one product will not work without the other.

Invoicing
I suggest using Square for invoicing and payment processing. If you are directly under Michelle Slape, please use this link to create your account. If not, please contact your upline for their referral link. If you have never used Square before, use your upline's referral link and each of you will receive up to $1,000 in free processing fees.

Order your Square Reader right away so that you will have it for an in-home launch party. If you do not receive it in time, you can still enter credit card numbers manually.

Download the Square Register app to your smartphone or tablet and sync it to your Square account.

Go to the Settings in Square and turn on the sales tax feature. Set it to your local sales tax.

This step is easier when done on a computer:
Upload the product list into your Square account. Note: this list is comprehensive and includes all the SeneGence products. View this video for assistance on how to import the file into Square.

When invoicing, be sure to charge for shipping ($4 suggested) and tax.

Shipping
One of the least expensive ways to ship is through PayPal's ShipNow feature. The average shipping cost is $2.40. This includes tracking.

To use the ShipNow feature, log into your PayPal account. Once you are logged in, type the link www.paypal.com/shipnow in the URL bar.

Shipping tools:
Envelopes - I suggest purchasing the 6.25" x 9.25" bubble mailers
Paper Mart - Paper Mart has a great selection of tools for packaging your items. Some distributors like to use 4x6 organza bags. I personally prefer the 4x6 cello bags. I include the Application Brochure with the order inside the cello bags.

Another option is to use stamps.com for shipping. There is a monthly fee of $14.99, but it allows you the ability to easily view shipped products, view tracking and maintain a customer address book. This is my preferred method of shipping and I use a Dymo LabelWriter label printer for printing shipping labels.
