How to Place an Order and Track Your Order with SeneGence

Log in to the back office using your Distributor ID and password and select Go to Order -->Quick Order.

You can use the search feature to find specific items or scroll down the screen to view each item. Enter the quantity of each item you would like then select "Add to Cart".






What is PV?
Point Value. The company is in 11 countries, all with different monetary systems, so there has to be a point value/standardized measurement for the product. Our PV is worth ½ the retail value (EX: $600 retail value of product equals 300PV. Or if a lip color costs $25 retail value - then its PV is be 12.5.  If a gloss is $20 retail value, then it would be 10PV.)


PV Breakdown
All distributors and wholesale members receive 20% off their orders. You can, however, receive a greater discount based on your order total. Thelarger the order, the closer you are to receiving the maximum discount of 50%.

NOTE: Once you hit a discount tier, that is your discount for the remainder of the month until you hit the next discount level or the max of 50% off.

If you are attempting to hit a particular tier level, check the "Current Order PV" line on the Checkout screen to see what your current PV is for the order.

Review that your order and address are correct. Also confirm the payment profile that you would like to use.

On the Review page, select each of the options:

Select "Submit Order"

Tracking Your Order
Log in to your back office. Go to the Business tab and select Order History. Open the order you would like to find tracking on. In the upper right corner of the Order Information screen is the Tracking Number as well as the date the order was shipped.

Order Statuses
On the Order History screen, you will find the status of your order. The statuses are:
Ready to Ship - you recently placed your order and it has not yet been processed
In Progress - your order is being processed and is preparing for shipment
Shipped - Partial - this status is typically used for event registrations and SeneSite fees
Shipped - Complete - your order has been shipped and is on its way to you or your customer
